11月9日に発売される平井大のミニアルバム「Love is Beautiful」のジャケットデザインが公開された。
この作品には、エリック・クラプトン「Change the world」、アリシア・キーズ「If I ain’t got you」、Aerosmith「I don’t want to miss a thing」といった洋楽のカバーや、自身のオリジナル曲のリメイクバージョン、ドノヴァン・フランケンレイターとコラボした「It don’t matter with Donavon Frankenreiter」などを収録。ウクレレの名手として知られる平井だが、今作のジャケットではアコースティックギターを構えている。
なお平井はアルバム発売後、11月11日の大阪・Billboard Live OSAKA公演を皮切りにライブツアー「平井大 Premium Acoustic Tour 2016 ～Love is Beautiful～」を行うことが決定している。
