ヘアブレ、ザ・チャレンジでも活躍する和田大樹率いるダンスロックバンド・HIGH FLUXの1年ぶりとなるCD。今作は、大成功に終わった初ワンマンや自主企画立ち上げなど、ライブを重視した活動から生まれた、まさにフロアライクな全6曲。既にライブでも披露されアンセムとなっている「SHINE」は、音源化を求める声が多数上がるなど待望されていた楽曲。その他、ツインドラムを音源化したインストやバンド史上最速の楽曲などバリエーション豊富な仕上がり。
